Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order is possible only before the product has been shipped. If the order is cancelled prior to shipment, the customer will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only in limited and exceptional cases and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, fully functional, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required, and all returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent. Returns will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with packaging, cosmetic appearance, or personal expectations. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once the inspection is completed, the customer will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a standard processing period. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with packaging or appearance, and any bonus items or digital content included with the order are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not yet received, the customer should first check their bank account, then contact their credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

Return Authorization

To request a return authorization and obtain the return address, customers must contact our Customer Service team in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
