Orders placed in the United Kingdom, Australia and United States:

  • Standard Shipping (12-15 days): FREE
  • Priority Shipping (10-12 days): $2.99

     

     

    Processing Time:
    Due to a very high volume of orders and increased carrier traffic during the Black Friday and holiday season,current shipping time is approximately 2 weeks.
    In some cases, it may take a few extra days as postal services are extremely busy.

    Tracking:
    You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country. 


Processing Times

We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected. 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.



Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at info@freshstrikeco.com and we will do our best to investigate.
